Eric Kriegstein

Eric Kriegstein is a Principal at Signatures Capital, where he manages the sourcing and diligence of early-stage companies and oversees all operational initiatives. Along with Bobby Yazdani, Eric launched Signatures FundersClub 1, an investment vehicle with a mandate to support the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals of Oakland and San Francisco. In addition, Eric implemented and directs the Signatures Innovation Fellows program at the University of California Berkeley, a platform giving PhDs and Post doctorate students the support to bring their technologies out of the laboratory to build the companies of the future.

 

Prior to Signatures Capital, Eric executed the sale of automated video production platform Qwiki to Yahoo! after serving as an advisor to the company.  He started his career as an Analyst at Khronos LLC, where he focused on deploying more than $1 billion in hedge fund strategies. Eric holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson.
